My counselling approach is entirely person-centred, designed to meet your unique needs and support your journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth. I believe that with the right therapeutic relationship, everyone has the capacity to make meaningful changes in their life.

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when facing unexpected challenges or emotional difficulties. But you don’t have to go through it alone. Seeking counselling is a courageous step, and together we can work towards helping you feel more empowered, balanced, and aligned with the life you want to lead.

As your counsellor, I offer a compassionate and safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you’re going through a crisis, dealing with emotions that have built up over time, or simply seeking greater clarity, we’ll walk through it together. Sometimes, the support we need extends beyond our usual circles of friends and family—and that’s okay.

Counselling isn’t about giving advice; it’s about providing a confidential place where you can be heard, understood, and guided as you make sense of your emotions and find your path forward.
